Position Overview
The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner will support Elita Medical Spa’s injectable and aesthetic services by performing consultations, assisting with treatment planning, learning injectable protocols, and providing safe, professional, high-quality client care.
The ideal candidate is professional, coachable, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in patient safety, and understands the importance of delivering a luxury client experience.
Elita Medical Spa provides the treatment space, client flow, marketing support, training structure, and operational systems. The provider brings clinical professionalism, a patient-first mindset, and a strong interest in aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Perform aesthetic consultations and client assessments following Elita Medical Spa protocols.
Develop personalized treatment recommendations based on client goals, facial anatomy, safety considerations, and provider guidance.
Learn and perform neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments after training and approval.
Educate clients on treatment expectations, pre-care, aftercare, and follow-up recommendations.
Maintain accurate documentation, consent forms, treatment notes, and client charts.
Follow all medical, sanitation, safety, and infection-control standards.
Provide a professional, warm, and luxury-level client experience.
Communicate clearly with clients regarding treatment plans, realistic expectations, and maintenance options.
Collaborate with the Elita Medical Spa team to support client satisfaction, retention, and treatment results.
Participate in ongoing education, training, feedback, and professional development.
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Maryland.
Strong interest in medical aesthetics, injectables, facial anatomy, and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
Professional, reliable, polished, and client-focused.
Strong communication and consultation skills.
Comfortable learning new skills, following protocols, and receiving training.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for balance, symmetry, and natural-looking results.
Ability to work in person at our Elkridge, MD location.
Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Weekend availability is preferred.
Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, emergency medicine, urgent care, women’s health, or primary care is a plus.
Injectable certification is a plus, but not required.
