Client Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support at our veterinary practice. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Collaborate with veterinary team to provide top-notch care for clients and patients.
- Provide feedback from clients to leadership to help improve services.
- Educate customers about our services and OTC products.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and loyalty.

Experience
- Previous experience in veterinary medicine, animal science, customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers and teammates.
- Ability to problem solve and engage leadership as needed.
- Strong computer skills (ex. Google suite, cloud software, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
