Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital channels to increase brand visibility.
- Source, request, organize, and track content from influencers aligned with designated product and campaign priorities.
- Identify and analyze emerging social media trends, formats, and platforms within the beauty industry, sharing strategic insights with the team to guide content and campaign direction.
- Adapt quickly to shifting project scopes, demonstrating flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset when faced with technical or creative challenges.
- Contribute to content ideation, creation, and execution across social platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Intern Experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
- Familiarity with Canva for basic design, CapCut or Adobe Premiere for video editing, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualification
- Passion for the beauty industry and genuine enthusiasm for cross-cultural marketing.
- Adaptable and resourceful, comfortable pivoting when priorities shift.
