What You’ll Do
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
- Manage an average of 12–14 patients/day (some providers see 17–20 )
- Focus primarily on patients aged 16 , with care available for the whole family as needed
- Build your own patient panel with flexible scheduling and autonomy
- Collaborate with urgent care partners and vendors through strong referral networks
Who We’re Looking For
- Active GA license and board certification as FNP or PA
- 1 year experience in primary care or family medicine preferred
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset
- EPIC experience preferre
