Engineering Director – Healthcare Facilities

What You Will Do
- Lead facilities, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Oversee capital projects, infrastructure, and operational planning
- Manage budgets, resources, and project execution
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Partner with leadership on long term facility strategy
- Drive operational efficiency and system improvements
- Support readiness for audits and inspections
- Guide implementation of facility technologies and upgrades
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Extensive leadership experience in healthcare facilities or engineering operations
- Strong background in maintenance, construction, and systems oversight
- Experience with compliance and regulatory environments
- Energy or safety certifications preferred
