Looking for a Med-Surg role where you’re supported, valued, and part of a true team? Our community-focused hospital in the east metro Atlanta area (near Covington and Lithonia) offers a close-knit culture with the resources and technology of a modern medical center.
We’re hiring Med-Surg RNs for both day and night shifts across three specialized units. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative environment where patient-centered care comes first.
What You’ll Do
You’ll provide care across a wide range of patient populations, including:
- Post-operative and general medical
- Cardiac and telemetry
- Neuro, stroke, wound care, dialysis, diabetic management, and hospice
Each Med-Surg unit has strong leadership, and part of our process includes meeting all three unit leaders so you can find the team that fits you best.
Schedule Options
- Day shift (7a–7p)
- Night shift (7p–7a)
- Full-time
- Weekend Option — earn an additional 12 per hour for weekend-only shifts
Compensation & Differentials
- Base rate: 37 to 53 per hour (experience-based)
- 5.50 night shift differential
- 3.50 weekend differential
- Up to 12 extra per hour for weekend-only roles
- 10K sign-on bonus available
- Comprehensive benefits package
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (or eligibility)
- At least one year of Med-Surg experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, team-based approach
