Operating Room RN – Full-Time (3x12s)

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our surgical services team. This role offers a predictable schedule, strong team support, and—most importantly—an exceptional workplace culture.

About Our Cases:
Our primary surgeries include robotics, general surgery, and urology, and we’re actively expanding our service lines. This is a great time to join a growing team and be part of shaping the future of our surgical program.
Schedule:
- Full-time, three 12-hour shifts per week
- Per 6-week schedule:
- One call shift per week (shared among all full-time RN circulators, including the charge nurse)
- One weekend call shift (Saturday or Sunday) per 6-week schedule
- Weekend call is 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Responsibilities:
- Circulate in a variety of surgical specialties
- Ensure patient safety and maintain a sterile environment
- Collaborate with the surgical team for efficient, high-quality procedures
- Assist with room preparation, equipment checks, and documentation
- Respond promptly to intraoperative needs and changes
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Georgia or compact)
- Minimum 1 year of OR circulating experience preferred
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced surgical setting
