About the Unit:
Our Stem Cell/BMT unit works closely with the ICU. When census is low in BMT, staff may float to the ICU to maintain hours (discussed further during interviews).
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2
- You will never be overwhelmed—we structure for quality care over quantity.
