Position Highlights
- Busy outpatient urology practice with an established patient base
- High volume clinic seeing more than 200 patients each day
- Work closely with physicians and experienced APPs
- Office based position with exposure to surgical patients and urgent urologic conditions
- No hospital rounding
- No call responsibilities
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Collaborative and supportive provider team
- Excellent mentorship for newer providers interested in urology
Compensation
- Base salary of $110,000 to $140,000
- Quarterly performance bonus
- Opportunity to earn up to 15% of annual salary through a productivity program based on collections and patient volume

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced clinical environment
- Interest or experience in urology is preferred, but motivated providers from other specialties are encouraged to apply based on experience and fit
