Mental Health Clinician - Children & Family Department

Help children, teens, and families build lasting stability. Join a dedicated outpatient team providing individual and family therapy to some of our most vulnerable community members, working alongside medication providers, clinical staff, and community agencies to help clients reach their mental health goals.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual and family therapy as part of an outpatient treatment team
• Deliver care in a hybrid model across community, office, and remote settings
• Provide targeted care coordination and collaborate with community agencies
• Consult with medication providers and clinical staff on client care
• Train in state-of-the-art, evidence-based practices for children, adolescents, and families
• Document care in our electronic medical record

Schedule

• Full-time with a flexible schedule
• Day shift with a late day here and there as needed for patients and families

Compensation

• $64k - $88k
• $5k sign on bonus

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation counseling, education/counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
• NH licensure welcomed and strongly encouraged, but not required. We support employees in obtaining their license.
• Valid driver's license and a vehicle with liability insurance at the level required by agency policy
• Strong work ethic, organization, and time management skills

Preferred

• Experience working with children, teens, and families
