We are now hiring a family practice physician for our Cumming clinic, one of our fastest-growing locations in Forsyth County.

Position Details:
- Accepting MD or DO candidates
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Full time, outpatient family medicine with patients typically ages 18
- Average daily census: 12 to 18 patients
- EMR: Epic
- Strong mix of commercial insurance patients with Medicare accepted
- Long-standing relationships with urgent care and specialty partners
