Are you a hospice leader who sees this work as a calling, not just a job? A well-established hospice program serving the Greater Houston and Southeast Texas region is looking for a Director who leads by teaching, not by command.

This program has real roots. Five years caring for patients and families across a broad footprint, from Galveston to Beaumont and west toward Cypress, with a current census of roughly 70 patients. You'd step into an experienced interdisciplinary team that's already in place, with additional clinical staff joining in the coming weeks.

What sets this role apart is the leadership philosophy behind it. You'd report directly to an Administrator who came up through social work, someone who understands the human heart of hospice and values a Director who develops people, builds culture, and educates the team. They're not looking for a drill sergeant. They want a mentor who knows hospice inside and out and truly embraces what it stands for.

What you bring:

• A strong, working knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance
• Proven clinical leadership experience within hospice
• A teaching mindset: you grow teams, you don't just manage them

The details:

• Base salary around $115K, plus a quarterly bonus tied to program metrics
• Full-time leadership role covering the Greater Houston and Southeast Texas service area
• Established, 5-year program with a census of about 70 patients
• A supportive, mission-driven Administrator to report to
