The Role
We're hiring a Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and shepherd specialists through our pipeline. You'll own the candidate experience from first conversation to placement, working alongside technical screeners and client partners who already know what good looks like.
This is a build role for someone early in their career. If you're right out of college or have up to three years of recruiting experience, and you're hungry to learn how technical hiring actually works, this is a seat with real ownership and room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates across our curated network and the open market
- Run first-round screens to assess fit before a technologist gets involved
- Keep the pipeline clean and current in Elios Insights
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling end to end
- Give every candidate honest feedback, even the ones we pass on
- Partner with client leads to understand the role behind the req
- Learn to read a technical job description the way our operators do, and spot the difference between a keyword match and a real fit
What You Bring
- A sharp communicator who follows through
- Organized enough to juggle multiple searches without dropping details
- Curious enough to ask why a role exists before you start filling it
- Moves fast without cutting corners
- Would rather present three strong candidates than fifty mediocre ones
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
Recruiting experience helps but isn't required. We'll teach you the technical fluency. We can't teach drive, judgment, or the instinct to do right by people.
