The Role at a glance:
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician in Sacramento, CA. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that the food manufacturing equipment is running smoothly. This position will help maintain refrigeration and A/C equipment and perform repairs and maintenance as needed.

The Role at a glance:
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician in Sacramento, CA. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that the food manufacturing equipment is running smoothly. This position will help maintain refrigeration and A/C equipment and perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
What you will be doing:
- Servicing and repairing of the production line, and cooking equipment.
- Assisting in maintaining refrigeration and A/C equipment, when necessary.
- Attending all safety training classes. Assist in equipment use training.
- May be asked to perform non-maintenance-related tasks throughout the facility.
- General repairs and maintenance, to keep the facility in a clean safe condition.
- Performing and documenting preventative maintenance on all equipment.
- Update and maintain equipment list and repairs
- Sanitizing air conditioning unit.
- Responsible for removing the buildup of ice on the freezer floors as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Training and experience in Refrigeration, Electrical, and General Maintenance
- Two years’ experience in Refrigeration, Electrical, and General Maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Must be able to work in freezer and cold environment for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Computer knowledge and skills helpful.
$31 -$33 /hr. DOE
