The Role at a glance:

What you'll be doing:
- Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
- Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
- Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
Must-haves:
- At least 5 years of progressive high -volume culinary experience.
- At least 3 years of culinary leadership experience overseeing the planning and execution of catering events
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
- Experience with budget statements.
- Associate’s / Bachelors degree in culinary arts
- higher education experience is a plus!
