The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Full-Time Diet Clerk to our healthcare & food service team in Madison, MS. As a Diet Clerk with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 yr experience in skilled dietary setting where modified diets are served. Preferably a diet tech. Candidate will be responsible for resident meal tickets, dietary/meal tray audits, ensuring meal textures are accurate, going to resident rooms to get menus, responding and resolving resident meal tray issues.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing nutritional data software.
- Inputting nutritional information.
- Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- Computer Literate & Customer Service focused.
- Able to Work Independently and Multi-task.
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field.
- Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs.
- At least one years’ experience in nutrition or related field.
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of SureQuest Food Service Management Systems.

Compensation Range:
- $13.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
