The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Certified Dietary Supervisor to our healthcare team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Certified Dietary Supervisor with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the production and service of meals as well as assist with care plans and nutrition assessments. This position will typically be scheduled Monday-Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm and working every other weekend. Overseeing 20-22 residents and managing 8-10 employees.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
- Assisting with Care Plans.
- Providing expertise on nutrition/malnutrition assessements.
- Training staff.
- Taking orders.
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- Certified Dietary Manager certification.
- Prior Healthcare experience.
- Experience supervising multiple employees.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
- ServSafe certified.
Nice-to-haves:
- An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.

Compensation Range:
- $47,000 per year
