Eldorado, WI Full Time
POSTED ON 3/27/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 4/25/2026

Pest management technicians are responsible for deploying a variety of methods to eliminate pest problems for their clients. In addition, they manage a daily work schedule to ensure completion of required company objectives and follow strict health regulations to avoid contamination. Additionally, technicians perform control applications, follow up to measure effectiveness, and perform outside sales duties as requested. Pest control technicians also support office and field staff as needed, as well as work in a team setting with other technicians; however, technicians must be able to perform effectively on their own with minimal supervision.

They drive to client locations, inspect the area before starting, carefully listen to customer concerns, and inspect the property to avoid accidental damages. Technicians must be able to make decisions based on careful observation, correctly identifying pest species and suggesting appropriate remedies. Pest control technicians keep an accurate log of service calls. They must maintain vehicle inventory, request new supplies as needed, clean company equipment, and inspect their company vehicle to detect mechanical issues to report. Generally, pest control technicians wear a specific company uniform, which includes protective gear as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Previous experience in a similar capacity may be preferred. These technicians must possess strong communication skills to establish customer relationships, as well as be highly organized and pay strong attention to detail.
