Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM
(plus a 6-week Extended School Year program, included in salary)
Starting Salary:
$67,739 – $73,479 (based on experience & education)
$2,500 Sign-on Bonus Included!

- Help students reach their personal learning goals and celebrate their progress
- Create a positive, safe, and encouraging classroom environment
- Support and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Use strategies tailored to students with complex sensory, behavioral, and communication needs
- Lead with kindness and clarity, guiding and collaborating with paraprofessionals in your room
