Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000, Based on Experience
Reports to: Director of Operations

- You're energized by consistency and process. You'd rather master a system and run it flawlessly than reinvent the wheel every day

- At least 2 years experience in a transaction coordination, accounting, finance, or similar support role
- Real estate experience is a huge plus
- Salesforce experience is a huge plus
- Running our Pipeline in Salesforce and processing all deals internally:
- Converting listing agreements into active listings
- Advancing listing to “pending deals”
- Handling amendments and deadline changes
- Recording closed deals
- Processing price changes
- Receiving and reviewing contracts from agents and updating pipeline statuses accordingly
- Maintaining and auditing company pipeline in Salesforce
- Tracking escrow deposit status and flagging discrepancies
- Recording commissions
- Preparing invoices
- Managing documents in Dropbox with consistent naming and organization
- Placing sign orders and coordinating with vendors
- Operating independently and staying ahead of deadlines without direct supervision
