We are an AI-first organisation operating at AI-first tempo. Our engineering, operations, and partnership teams ship work in weeks that used to take quarters. Partnership operators who do not think in those cycles will not feel at home here.
Why this role, why now
The Americas wallet, neobank, and fintech corridor is the highest-margin, fastest-conversion growth lever in our 2026 plan. Wallet interfaces — where a user has already passed payment-method friction — are the cleanest surface for embedding Rides and Instant Delivery. We're looking for a partnership operator who has built revenue in that stack and knows where the wallet, neobank, and embedded-finance decision rooms are.
This is a Phase 1 wallet neobank fintech-empowerment build. Super-app, mobility, and travel-vertical expansion across the Americas follows as Phase 2 once the wallet foundation is set. You will own the Americas partnership P&L from day one and work directly with the founder team.
What you will own (Phase 1)
- End-to-end P&L for wallet, neobank, and fintech-empowerment partnerships across the Americas.
- Day-one engagement with our Strategic Account base — Mastercard, Visa Direct, UnionPay, Alipay Connect, Cardinfolink — and greenfield expansion across mobile-wallet platforms (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Venmo), neobanks (Chime, Varo, SoFi, Revolut Americas, Mercury, and similar), and fintech-empowerment infrastructure (embedded finance, BNPL wallets, card-issuing, B2B financial services).
- Commercial structures across our six integration surfaces — API, SDK, AI Agentic, White-Label, H5, Mini-Programs — in lockstep with Engineering and Product.
- Team build and board-grade reporting on pipeline ACV, sponsor coverage, pilot conversion, and partner health each quarter.
What we are looking for
Founder mindset, built (not maintained) partnerships inside an early-stage to scale-stage fintech operator — not at a multinational bank or a Fortune 500 enterprise. Specifically:
- Eight to twelve years (or more) running partnerships at an early-stage to scale-stage fintech, neobank, mobile wallet, or embedded-finance platform: payments, embedded finance, banking infrastructure, neobanking, B2B financial services, BNPL, card-issuing, or merchant acquiring.
- Strong bonus weight on candidates who have shipped revenue at wallet-first platforms — Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Revolut, Chime, Affirm, Klarna, Marqeta, Plaid, and similar — where the wallet interface drives the fastest Phase 1 conversion velocity.
- Founder mindset. Builder, not maintainer. Whether you were a co-founder, an early team partnership lead, or a senior operator inside a scale-up that you treated as your own, what we care about is how you operate, not the title on your resume.
- Closed seven to eight-figure annual contracts and architected bidirectional commercial structures: revenue share, take-rate, white-label licensing, wallet revenue splits, embedded finance fee splits.
- Hands-on with the technical artefacts: API contracts, SDK integration plans, wallet integration flows, and embedded finance compliance.
- Ecosystem builder mindset. You can map the Americas' wallet, neobank, and fintech landscape and architect a sequenced go-to-market.
- High judgment under ambiguity. Founder-led decisions move fast; accountability is direct.

Compensation package — base, variable, and equity participation — is discussed directly with selected finalists and structured to match the autonomy and upside of a senior commercial builder. Variable and equity components are tied to defined commercial milestones — pipeline ACV, sponsor coverage, pilot conversion — not vanity activity metrics.
Direct access to founder-led leadership and to the regional partnership leads across LATAM, Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
