Senior Program/Project Manager

Hybrid 4 days on site to start, flexible once they get started in Englewood, CO

Our client is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of strategic technology initiatives across multiple enterprise portfolios. This individual will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in SDLC methodologies, understands modern software delivery practices, and possesses the leadership skills necessary to manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications. This role focuses on execution, alignment, and business outcomes across multiple teams, including customer-facing digital platforms and entertainment experiences.

Rate: $56.00 to $66.00/hr. w2

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs and initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of projects across multiple product and engineering teams.
• Partner with Product Managers and Technical Leaders to drive planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across business and technology organizations.
• Facilitate program planning, status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and executive communications.
• Ensure projects are appropriately staffed, scoped, and scheduled to meet business objectives.
• Drive accountability and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project health and proactively remove roadblocks that could impact delivery.
• Support ongoing enhancements and strategic initiatives within customer-facing digital platforms.

• 5 years of Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Senior Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and software delivery processes.
• Experience within the cable or telecommunications industry strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating work across Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and complex dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with customer-facing digital platforms and self-service applications.
• Experience leading programs involving multiple application teams and enterprise integrations.
• Technical background or technical acumen gained through close partnership with engineering organizations.
• Prior experience supporting web, mobile, and enterprise software platforms.
