Senior Full Stack Developer

Hybrid 4 onsite / 1 work from home in Englewood, CO

Our client seeks a senior full stack developer to support video software initiatives that power lineup offerings and integrations across upstream and downstream systems. The role requires strong Java 17 development, functional Node.js and front-end support, SQL expertise, and working knowledge of AWS. You will collaborate across teams, participate in architecture and code reviews, and maintain high-quality documentation while contributing to DevOps-oriented improvements.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $73.00 to $83.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Follow the organization’s software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document applications and systems.
• Assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis artifacts.
• Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documents and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development staff to ensure quality and consistency.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design sessions, and code reviews.
• Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation.

Experience Requirements

• Proficiency with Java 17 or newer.
• Functional Node.js experience and front-end exposure for UI support.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Working knowledge of AWS services.
• Effective cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Video domain experience (preferred).
• Start-up environment experience (preferred).
• Customer-facing application development experience (preferred).
