The Senior Creative Operations Manager will lead end-to-end execution of marketing and creative deliverables across digital channels for our client. The role will manage high-volume, concurrent projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive workflow agility. Success requires mastery of project management principles, strong communication, and the ability to proactively solve problems and remove roadblocks.

Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
- Own, resource, and manage approximately 50 complex, concurrent projects from intake through delivery using multiple project management tools, including emails, banner ads, landing pages, social campaigns, and videos.
- Drive workflow agility to meet aggressive deadlines by re-prioritizing schedules, allocating resources strategically, and balancing workloads to mitigate bottlenecks.
- Communicate project status, issues, and roadblocks with context and impact analysis, and present informed solutions and scenario plans.
- Lead weekly meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to track deliverables, present mitigation plans for off-track projects, and ensure proper documentation.
- Create efficiencies in existing processes, establish scalable new processes as needed, and ensure adherence.
- Manage day-to-day problems effectively and communicate in difficult and time-sensitive situations, escalating issues with rationale when appropriate.
Experience Requirements
- 5-7 years of in-house or agency creative project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
- Mastery of project management principles and characteristics.
- Demonstrated understanding of the creative process across digital channels.
- Experience prioritizing and managing 50 concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
- Advanced experience with Workfront and JIRA (preferred).
- Proven ability to remain effective and influential under pressure with a track record of proactively solving complex problems and escalating with clear recommendations (preferred).
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with creative teams, legal, marketing partners, and executive leadership (preferred).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organization, and problem-solving skills (preferred).
- Strategic, proactive thinker who drives clarity amidst ambiguity and uses persuasion to align senior stakeholders (preferred).
