Our client seeks a Program Manager to lead complex initiatives in procurement and finance domains with a focus on acquisitions and divestitures. The role will define structure, establish plans, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams while managing risk and stakeholder alignment. The Program Manager will provide strategic direction, status reporting to senior leadership, and influence outcomes through effective communication and problem solving. The engagement will prioritize continuity and consistent onsite presence as required.

- Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs and provide strategic direction to projects and teams.
- Design, develop, and manage project plans in a dynamic environment and revise plans to meet changing requirements.
- Ensure appropriate project documentation to mitigate risk and meet timelines.
- Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to deliver on project intent.
- Partner cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership for delivery.
- Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.

Experience Requirements:
- At least 7 years of project management experience.
