The role identifies business needs, defines solution requirements, and ensures delivery of key initiatives. It leads discovery and requirements-gathering, translating complex challenges into actionable solutions while balancing operational, regulatory, and customer considerations. The analyst drives alignment across business and technology teams and represents partner needs through the project lifecycle. The role supports solution validation, process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement to deliver scalable results.
