You will design, develop, and deploy reusable Java and Spring-based services in an agile environment, emphasizing quality, scalability, and CI/CD practices. The role contributes to web and mobile platforms, collaborates across teams, and supports large-scale digital capabilities for brokerage and personal investing journeys.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reusable APIs and web services that support large-scale digital experiences.
- Develop RESTful services using Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Core with strong focus on customer experience.
- Apply CI/CD practices to reduce cycle time and deploy changes safely using techniques such as A/B testing, blue-green deployments, and feature toggles.
- Build highly scalable services leveraging algorithms, data structures, and design patterns to support high transaction volumes.
- Practice test-first development with modern testing frameworks to ensure high quality releases.
- Measure and use data to inform engineering decisions and balance intuition with evidence.
- Collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams to deliver iterative value across the full development lifecycle.
- Share knowledge, participate in technical discussions, and contribute to the engineering community.
- 2 years of software development experience delivering Java web services and API solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SOA, RESTful services, XML/JSON, and modern application servers.
- Proficiency with Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of API design principles including versioning, isolation, and microservices.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, Stash, and Docker.
- Working knowledge of testing frameworks including JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test.
- Experience with web application development using JSP, HTML, CSS/SASS, jQuery, Angular, and Node.js.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and applications (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a computer science background.
- AWS certification (preferred).
- Azure certification (preferred).
Salary : $65 - $70
