**Hybrid Onsite Every Other Week in Smithfield, RI**
As an Innovation Strategy Analyst, you work upstream of product development to shape high-impact opportunities. You partner closely with client-facing teams and internal stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize use cases, content needs, and feature opportunities. In this role, you lead structured discovery efforts, translating complex and often ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable inputs that inform product direction. You will collaborate across Product, Technology, and client-facing teams to bridge business needs and product execution for our client.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
