The role will manage end-to-end planning, HR systems, change management, and cross-functional coordination across Delivery, Platform, Vendor, and Architecture teams. The position requires strong financial and risk management, stakeholder engagement, and demonstrated success driving large-scale programs in product-centric, agile environments. Experience with software development teams, APIs, and tools such as Clarity PPM and Workday will be valuable.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans with interim milestones and tasks.
- Define timelines, resources, deliverables, and ownership across workstreams.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Maintain a proactive approach to risk and issue management through RAID.
- Drive team alignment with project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure project objectives align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Act as primary liaison among HR, Delivery, Platform, Vendor, Architecture, and other teams.
- Facilitate communication with internal controls, InfoSec, and delivery teams.
- Promote a collaborative environment for seamless execution.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and interlocks.
- Coordinate with internal controls to ensure compliance.
- Develop and communicate mitigation strategies to leadership.
- Maintain documentation including meeting notes, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Track and report on project metrics, outcomes, and stakeholder updates.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Provide financial reporting and forecasting to leadership.
- 5–10 years of project management experience focused on HR and enterprise transformation.
- Proven success managing large-scale enterprise projects with multiple moving pieces.
- Experience leading software development projects and partnering with engineering teams.
- Background coming up through IT as a programmer or software engineer with API knowledge (preferred).
- Strong financial management and risk management experience.
- Experience with Clarity PPM (preferred).
- Workday experience (preferred).
- Experience working with global teams (preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR systems, compliance, and change management.
- Familiarity with Agile, product-focused operating models, and Scrum.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with proactive execution mindset.
- PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
Salary : $60 - $70
