The organization seeks an executive coach to influence senior leaders and guide change across technology and delivery functions. The role will shape how AI affects software development and Agile PMO governance while advancing portfolio principles and value delivery. The coach will partner with work owners to define incremental, measurable outcomes and align priorities to strategy and capacity.

- Track record defining AI-enabled strategies for software development and Agile PMO governance.
- Experience coaching teams and work owners to define measurable, incremental value outcomes.
- Background implementing portfolio management principles including strategic alignment, capacity transparency, and work prioritization.
- Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC three days per week with occasional travel to Reston, VA.
