Responsibilities:
- Support monthly and quarterly close activities, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with public company reporting requirements and regulatory filings.
- Partner with plant and operations teams on inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance activities.
- Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support audit engagements and maintain strong internal control processes.
- Drive accounting process enhancements, reporting efficiencies, and ERP optimization initiatives.
- Provide financial insight to business leaders and support data-driven decision making.
Experience Requirements:
- 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience in a public company environment.
- Background in manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA and public accounting experience are highly preferred.
