What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead / QC position at Elias & Co. Staffing?
Location: San Bernardino, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $22-24/hour (DOE)
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead/ QC to join our team and help ensure product excellence on the production line and throughout the facility. This role plays a critical role in leading teams, monitoring and verifying product quality during production, and working on the production line. You’ll work closely with Management, QC, Production and will be required to step in each of these roles as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards.
- Verify weight checks
- Be able to step in for Production Supervisor, follow Schedule
- Be able to work on the line
- Operate small Vacuum Chamber
·Documentation & Reporting
- Complete in-process quality check records.
- Communicate issues to Production and QA Supervisors
· Requirements:
- Able to pass E-Verify
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 1 year of QA or manufacturing experience.
- Experienced with fill machines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in GMP, ISO, and FDA
