Corn Maze staff work independently and as a team to assist Corn Maze Manager in providing logistical oversight of participants, maze attractions and facilities, and ensuring the safety of all participants.\

Position reports to: Eliada Development Coordinator
Qualifications
Availability: Must be available to work each weekend (Fri evening – Sun) from September 25 to Nov 1. Weekday shifts available based on private/corporate Corn Maze event rentals.
Experience: Customer service and cash handling experience preferred. Experience driving a tractor is desired.
Skills/physical/working conditions: Must possess a valid driver's license, pass background check, and drug test. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be able to sit, stand, and walk around indoors and outdoors for duration of shift, up to 12 hours. On-site training provided.

Description
Corn Maze staff work independently and as a team to assist Corn Maze Manager in providing logistical oversight of participants, maze attractions and facilities, and ensuring the safety of all participants.\
- SEASONAL (September 25th - November 1st)
- Assist Corn Maze managers in monitoring all maze attractions, restrooms, and all common areas for functionality and cleanliness.
- Sell tickets and merchandise.
- Drive hayride tractors (as needed, training provided onsite).
- Assist in all opening and closing duties.
- Assist in volunteer's roles if help is needed. This includes running the corn cannons, monitoring the slides, selling pumpkins, assisting with concessions, collecting corn, trash detail, etc.
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of all participants, employees and volunteers throughout the Corn Maze.
- Ensure the provision of quality services to all guests through participation in the agency’s CQI process.
- Display competence & responsiveness to cultural differences present in both customer & employee populations.
