This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN, for a Postdoctoral Fellow. The Postdoctoral Fellow will conduct innovative research, design and execute experiments, analyze complex scientific data, and contribute to meaningful discoveries in their area of expertise. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the candidate will also publish findings in high-quality scientific journals, present results at conferences, and contribute to the advancement of science aligned with the research goals of Eli Lilly and Company.

• Experience in experimental design, data analysis, and proficiency in laboratory techniques.
• Proven track record of scientific research, including publishing peer-reviewed articles and presenting at conferences.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field such as biotechnology, chemistry, pharmacology, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in leveraging biotechnology and genetic medicine to address health challenges is a plus.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for contributing to innovative, high-impact scientific research.
