We are seeking a visionary communications strategist to reimagine how we engage employees through transformative global events and innovative brand advocacy programs. This role is dedicated to crafting relevant, impactful global internal events that help colleagues connect with our purpose; and develop internal communications for our corporate sponsorships and partnerships, building brand advocates across the globe.
Key Responsibilities :
Reimagining Internal Global Event Experiences :
- Partner with Internal Communications leadership to develop and execute a bold new vision for employee engagement through immersive, large-scale internal events, such as global town halls and milestone celebrations, including the company’s upcoming 150th anniversary.
- Ensure events are designed to communicate key corporate messages, reflect the company’s values, are inviting and create a strong inspirational connection with employees.
- Coordinate every detail of event planning and execution, from concept development to post-event evaluation, ensuring flawless delivery and maximum impact.
Bringing the Brand, Sponsorships and Partnerships to Life Internally :
