Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide the transportation of patients/clients to and from hospitals, convalescent facilities, dialysis center, rehabilitation centers, medical offices and their private residences in a safe, secure and professional manner.
Duties
- Transport individuals within designated timelines
- adhere to all agency and state driver regulations
- complete all required forms, reports, and documentation
- complete routes to ensure that they both effective and efficient on a regular basis and as routes change
- must be able to understand and operate GPS devices.
- assist clients and patients as needed to safely complete the transfer
- must be physically able to step up and down steps, safely secure clients for transport, lift up to 50 lbs., and transport wheelchair patients on Pavel and unpaved surfaces
Requirements
- must have valid driver's license and good driving record
- must be able to operate all agency vehicles, -ambulatory and wheelchair
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- must pass a mandatory criminal background test
- pass a mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- must be 18 years

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
