Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at Elgin Physical Therapy Clinic, located in Elgin, TX. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients, provide therapeutic exercises, assist in injury recovery or chronic condition management, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes. The role also involves ensuring the highest standard of patient care while educating patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
Qualifications
- Skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation for the effective treatment and improvement of patient mobility and strength
- Proficiency in Patient Care to address individual needs and educate patients on care practices
- Knowledge of Medicine with a focus on musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively with healthcare teams
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent and relevant state licensure
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Prior experience in outpatient or clinical settings is a strong advantage
