Job Summary: |
The purpose of this position is to assist the Recruitment and Outreach Services area, a unit of the Admissions and Recruitment office, with event promotion, campus tours, greeting students, and answering phone and providing general office support. | |
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: |
1. Completed at least one semester of classes (at least 6 semester hours) at ECC |

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: |
1. Previous customer service experience |

1. Assist recruitment with event staffing and promotion |
