Job Summary
Assist International Education and Programs with clerical duties and special projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to work with individuals from different cultures on a daily basis
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to be trained on state of the art office equipment including high grade copy machines, document imaging equipment and computer data entry.
- Basic keyboarding skills
- Accurate filing skills
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Currently enrolled as an F-1 student at ECC (preferred)
- Alphabetize and file
- Collate and duplicate materials
- Scan, index and quality control student applications
- Provide general office assistance as needed, including but not limited to
- Paperwork and data entry
- Customer service- telephone and in person
- Maintain confidentiality under FERPA guidelines
- Assist with special events as needed
