Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all internet leads.
- Use scripts and workflow tools to ensure consistent and quality customer service.
- Enter all customer inquiry data into our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Generate and schedule sales appointments.
- Leverage lead management tools to maximize productivity.
- Complete necessary reports and documentation promptly.
- Maintain ethical conduct, providing top-tier customer satisfaction, and honest interactions.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a sales-driven, process-oriented environment (inbound/outbound calls, internet leads, etc.).
- Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) of automotive sales and service operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in customer outreach and marketing.
