Pay Range: $27.00 - $32.00/hour.

Responsibilities:
- Perform billing, invoice generation, and financial reporting activities
- Ensure invoicing aligns with customer contracts and agreed terms
- Conduct revenue account analysis and perform reconciliations
- Manage collections and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Maintain and improve billing procedures and processes
- Provide support to management and respond to auditor information requests
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in billing, finance, or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Strong financial and/or accounting background preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
