Role: (Onsite at Fort Pierce Branch - FL)
To direct and coordinate the activities of personnel, aiding the branch manager in ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans. To be the first point of contact for those members requiring or requesting a manager.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
30% - Monitors member errors and complaints, meets with members to determine a solution and follows through on corrections.

20% - Trains new branch loan/MSR personnel; prepares work schedules; and monitors performance.
15% - Has a presence in the lobby meeting members, observing overall members service, ensuring the highest level of member service is being given at all time.
10% - Explains services to potential consumer and commercial account members to generate additional business and to promote positive public relations.
10% - Assists associates in balancing daily transactions; examine, evaluate, and process loan applications in absence of associates.
5% - Resolves account-related concerns with members.
5% - Evaluates all branch activities to ensure they are in compliance with established Credit Union policies, procedures, and objectives; recommends changes to manager.
5% - Manages branch office in absence of manager.
5% - Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Performance Measurements:
1. To meet established expectations of ELGA's Core Factors including but not limited to Accountability, Attitude, Communication, Competence, Continuous Improvement & Innovation and Relationship Building.
2. To maintain a cohesive, highly trained and motivated staff through regularly coaching individuals, recording interaction and results at least monthly.
3. To troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner.
4. Review associate Score Cards each month ensuring accuracy and goal attainment.
5. To work with branch manager and team leaders to develop staff promotions to create fun in reaching sales and service goals.
6. To meet or exceed annual sales and service goals for the branch.
7. To keep management informed regarding key operating issues affecting the branch.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education: (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills: Able to operate a 10-key calculator, typewriter, and computer keyboard.
