- ONSITE Weldon Springs, Missouri-NO EXCEPTIONS
- Maintain current code levels and perform upgrades as needed.
- Ensure host compatibility with ONTAP versions prior to ONTAP upgrades
- Perform day to day allocation/cleanup/troubleshooting activities
- Monitor Netapp arrays for capacity concerns and propose/implement solutions
- Open support cases with vendor and act as POC for support issues.
- Data Infrastructure Insights SME and Workload Factory SME from NetApp
- DII is critical to FSxN monitoring, alerting, and capacity management
- Upgrades and configures both DII and Workload Factory
- Works with SRE to develop the Golden Signals dashboard
- Develops required reports and dashboard to monitor and report on configuration drift
- SME with OnTap and FSxN. Provides input and direction on alerting thresholds and configuration items.
- Helps in troubleshooting FSxN performance issues.
- Performance upgrades to DII and Workload Factory
- Developing Cost Savings Dashboard for AWS/FSxN
