Eleven-Seven Design is a growing boutique design & marketing firm that specializes in graphic design, print, web design, digital marketing and social media management. We are seeking a motivated Graphic Designer and Social Media specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, helping to create visually stunning designs and drive engagement across our social media platforms.
As a Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and editing graphics for both digital and print media. You will also assist in managing and curating content for our social media accounts, engaging with our audience, and analyzing data to inform our social media strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone who is creative, organized, and passionate about graphic design and social media marketing.

Responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to:
- Assist in designing and producing visually compelling graphics for digital and print media
- Help manage and curate content for our social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts
- Design and create on-brand, engaging content for both our agency and clients
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for graphic design and social media
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness
- Assist in photography and videography projects, capturing and editing high-quality visuals for use across our marketing channels
- Analyze social media data and metrics to gain insights into user behavior and optimize the social media strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients—always with a positive, helpful attitude. We value people who genuinely care about others, communicate clearly, and love serving small businesses

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) — Mac-based
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Web design knowledge and capabilities a MAJOR plus
- Knowledge of print or work experience with print/printshop is a plus
- Knowledge of photography and videography principles is a plus
- Knowledge of video editing is a plus
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
- Must bring a go-getter attitude and a genuine passion for creativity and people

- Compensation is experience based

- We are willing to train in certain aspects of the job
- The right applicant will work in-house until we feel confident they can manage the workload independently. Then limited remote work days may also be permitted for mild illness, provided the employee has a capable desktop or laptop to handle the workload. All hours must be tracked using company software, and if the benefit is ever misused, it will be revoked. (This is how this job is hybrid)
