Eleven Peppers is hiring for an exciting contract in McLean, VA. Government clearance is REQUIRED along with at least five years of related experience.
The Fun Stuff
- Collaborating with teammates to create powerful, polished products.
- Working with senior-level customers to elicit needed direction, preferences, and timelines for successful graphics production.
- Developing brands and style guides from scratch.
- Designing various visual communications products including presentations, brochures, promotional materials, posters, banners, websites, etc.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field and 5 years of experience (4 additional years of relevant design work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
- You have an awesome portfolio or link you can share that showcases design experience.
- You are fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite tools, primarily InDesign and Illustrator.
- You have a keen sense of typography, layout, and color with a hunger for innovation.
- Your design eye is so refined that you can adapt your style to any challenge that is thrown at you.
- Your ability to design for multiple platforms, including print and web, is second nature.
- You can confidently make and implement design and branding recommendations.
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to provide and receive constructive criticism, as well as the ability to articulate design concepts directly to clients.
- You know how to hit deadlines and get the job done.
