Beertender

Job Summary:
Beertenders serve as the face of Eleven Eleven Brewing Company, with the goal of ensuring that each guest has a positive, fun, and memorable experience while visiting the brewery. This individual will pour and serve beer, educate customers about our craft brews, and maintain a clean, friendly, and inviting taproom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm and a high level of customer service
• Pour and serve beers and food
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the taproom, bar area, and equipment
• Process payments, manage customer tabs, and balance the register at the end of shifts
• Assist with brewery events, tastings, and beer releases as needed
• Uphold and enforce state alcohol service laws and regulations
• Handle any customer concerns in a professional and positive manner
• Assist with inventory management
• Work collaboratively with other team members to create a welcoming environment for all visitors
• Assist with covering other shifts as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a beertender, bartender, or in a customer service role in the food and beverage industry preferred
• Passion for craft beer and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $24.30 per hour
