Senior Account Executive - Automotive Advertising

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Hours: Full-time | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Arizona Time) with occasional flexibility for client needs

Travel: Quarterly client travel may be required

We are ADDING to our team and seeking an experienced, confident Senior Account Executive to lead client relationships and execute high-level marketing campaigns for automotive dealerships across the U.S.

This is not a sales role. The Senior Account Executive focuses on client communication, campaign execution, and strategic oversight—serving as a trusted partner to dealership decision-makers.

This role is ideal for someone who understands dealership operations, can speak comfortably with General Managers and Dealer Principals, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote agency environment with a high level of ownership and accountability.

• Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealership accounts and maintain strong, professional relationships
• Campaign Execution: Oversee digital and traditional campaigns from planning through execution and optimization
• Strategic Planning: Develop monthly ad calendars aligned with OEM programs, promotions, and dealership goals
• Performance Reporting: Review campaign performance and present clear insights and recommendations to clients
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client concerns with minimal escalation
• Detail-Oriented: Maintain an exceptional standard of accuracy across all campaign inputs, OEM incentive alignment, deadlines, compliance requirements, reporting, and client communication. You obsess over getting the details right the first time and operate with structured checklists, documented processes, and proactive quality control.

• 4 years of account management experience (agency and/or automotive required)
• Proven experience communicating directly with automotive dealers or dealer groups
• Strong understanding of digital advertising channels (Google, Meta, OTT, etc.)
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and time management skills
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple accounts independently
• Experience with OEM co-op guidelines is a plus
