Requirements:
- High school diploma / GED required
- 1 years of experience in the repair & troubleshooting of mechanical equipment
- 1 years of experience in the repair of minor electrical systems/controllers
- Ability to identify customer needs and match their solution with company product/services
- Knowledge of industry and applications
- Ability to take on call shift rotations for key customers
- Must have dependable vehicle and good driving record
- Must provide own basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 75 pounds on a regular basis
- Bending, twisting, kneeling, standing, sitting regularly
- Ability to conduct business in an ethical, successful manner
- Self-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal professional growth
- Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a basic background check
Skills
- Extensive experience working high speed roller doors, overhead doors, dock levelers, dock locks, and all things related.
- Experience within manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices.
- Strong electrical experience including troubleshooting low voltage circuits, high voltage systems, ammeters, ohmmeters, and electrical schematics interpretation.
- Demonstrated ability in technical sales support by advising clients on equipment or system improvements.
- Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.
- Background in industrial electrician experience or industrial mechanic roles; military experience is a plus for discipline and technical aptitude.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English across diverse teams or client sites.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
