Elevator Project Manager/Sales

Compensation: $80,000 base

Seeking a Project Manager to oversee elevator, mobility, and residential lift installations. This role manages projects from kickoff through final inspection, coordinating field teams, maintaining schedules, ensuring code compliance, and serving as the primary customer contact. Candidates may come from elevator, mobility, accessibility equipment, or construction project management backgrounds.

• Manage full lifecycle of elevator, lift, and accessibility installation projects

• Coordinate installers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors

• Review site conditions, drawings, and plans for installation requirements

• Maintain schedules, resolve delays, and manage field issues

• Communicate with customers, builders, and general contractors

• Oversee permitting, inspections, and compliance with elevator/accessibility codes

• Track budgets, materials, change orders, and documentation

• Ensure safety protocols on all job sites

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and service teams

• 3 years in elevator, mobility, accessibility, residential lift, or construction project management

• Strong understanding of construction processes and job site coordination

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and site plans

• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and code compliance

• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office

• Experience with residential elevators, platform lifts, stairlifts, or mobility equipment

• Knowledge of elevator codes, accessibility standards, or ADA compliance

• Experience working with builders or general contractors
