Job Description
Do you want to make a difference in People's lives and have a drive for helping others? We need a passionate and enthusiastic person to be a point of contact with our prospects and customers. This job entails customer care from the incoming phone call of a potential client to the thank you card at the end. Our clients are mostly elderly or disabled people who use our products to continue living life to the fullest. We are looking for someone who can interact with our clients professionally and compassionately using existing proven systems. Job duties include general office work for a 9-person office and warehouse / inventory administration.
Specifically, the job duties include answering phone calls and greeting clients.
For prospective clients, duties include:
- Briefly explain products and services
- Set sales and installation appointments on the calendar
- Prepare information for the sales and installation calls based on client needs
- Follow up as needed for customer care
- Candidate must enjoy helping people with physical disabilities
Skills and experience are flexible but the more experience in the following areas the better:
- Reception and customer care
- General office and filing
- Warehouse administration a plus
- Overall, we are looking for a person who will work well with a small and enthusiastic group of people to serve our clients. The Customer Service Representative needs to be pleasant on the phone and in person.
Candidate must enjoy helping people with physical disabilities.
